The Skilled Trades Pathway Assessment is designed as an entry point into ITC Academy. Rather than simply testing knowledge in one subject, it will help participants explore their interests and existing knowledge while identifying skilled-trades areas that may best align with their strengths and potential for success. Areas may include electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R, PLCs, automation, instrumentation, and industrial maintenance.

Assessment results can then help guide participants toward recommended training pathways and Academy course bundles aligned with those results.
